After a very long hiatus, I’m back to brewing. Chris pitched the idea of us both brewing the same beer, and then comparing them side-by-side the next time we get together. This was also a great way to get me back into brewing. His version is the same base recipe, except with cardamom instead of grains of paradise, both using Belgian Saison yeast.
He hit his targets, I greatly missed mine. I’ll get the swing of it eventually!
